Reagena POC PUUMALA IgM

Reagena POC PUUMALA IgM is an easy-to-use rapid test for detection of acute Puumala virus infection from serum, plasma (heparin or EDTA) or fingertip blood. The test detects IgM antibodies reactive to the Puumala virus nucleocapsid protein present in Puumala virus.

Reliable results are obtained with a few simple steps:

  • Pipette 5 µl of sample into the test cassette
  • Add 4 drops of running buffer
  • Wait for 10 – 15 minutes and read the result

If necessary, compare the intensity of the test line with the Cut-off control cassette.
