Reagena POC PUUMALA IgM is an easy-to-use rapid rapid test intended for the detection of Puumala virus specific IgM antibodies from human serum, plasma, or fingertip blood. Result is used as an aid in the diagnosis of acute Puumala virus infection, nephropathia epidemica.

Reading of the result:
Visual
Reliable results are obtained with a few simple steps:
- Pipette 5 µl of sample into the test cassette
- Add 4 drops of running buffer
- Wait for 10 – 15 minutes and read the result
If necessary, compare the intensity of the test line with the Cut-off control cassette.
