ReaScan+ LYME IgM/IgG Combo

ReaScan+ LYME IgM/IgG Combo is an immunochromatographic rapid test intended for the qualitative detection of Borrelia burgdorferi specific IgM and IgG antibodies in human serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The test result is read from the test cassette with the ReaScan+ reader (REF 105100). The result is used as an aid in diagnosis of Lyme borreliosis (LB). The test is intended for in vitro diagnostic professional use by trained laboratory personnel.

ReaScan+ LYME IgM/IgG Combo test utilizes two synthetic peptide antigens: C6 (VlsE) and PepC10 (OspC) in separate test lines. This test detects both IgM and IgG antibodies against C6 and PepC10 peptides and is suitable for the diagnostics of both early and disseminated LB.
