Mika Laava, a graduate engineer, has joined Reagena’s Product Development and Quality organization as of April 1, 2025, as a product development engineer.
Reagena’s product development has a new Mobile Readable CRP test pilot in the regulatory phase, and with this recruitment, Reagena wants to increase the technical expertise of its organization above all.
Mika has worked for 26 years in the Actim organization in production, product development, and quality organization, working as a production and development engineer, as well as a quality and quality assurance manager. In addition, he is an expert in, among other things, LEAN 5S in production.
Due to his solid background expertise, he has been invited to join Reagena’s management team to promote the company’s operational development.
